China Walls has it all. If you are wanting to just relax, you can watch the many surfers, if you wanting to swim, you can jump in and if you want to catch a beautiful view of the sunset, this is a great place.

2. North Shore

One of the most popular spots in Oahu, the North Shore gives you the true feeling of the Hawaiian lifestyle. You can watch surfers on the Banzai Pipeline, Waimea Bay or Sunset Beach, relax on the many beaches and even eat the delicious Hawaiian food. The North Shore is a must to truly experience Hawaii.

4. Waimea Bay

Waimea Bay is a great stop on Oahu. Located on the North Shore, it is easy to get to and some have even said that it has the best sand on the island. There is also great surfing and if you are there in the Summer months, you can jump off Waimea Rock. No matter what you are doing at this beach, it is a blast.

5. Chinaman’s Hat

This offshore island can be reached at low tide by foot! Cool, right? If you aren't able to get out to it though, no big deal as there is a park on the beach right in front of it where you can take pictures that are unparalleled.

6. Maunawili Falls

Maunawili Falls is worth it. The hike can be a bit more difficult but you won’t regret sticking it out. The waterfall, and surrounding nature is absolutely gorgeous when you get to the end. You can also swim in the water, giving you a nice refresher before you head back down!

7. Makapuu Point Lighthouse

647 feet above sea level makes this the perfect spot to whale watch during the season! You will be high enough that you can almost always see at least a couple! If you are not there during whale season, you can still get great photos and if you are an early riser, watching the sunrise from Makapuu is absolutely stunning!

8. Hanauma Bay

Known as one of the best places on Oahu to snorkel, you know you’ve hit the jackpot when you visit Hanauma Bay. There is great snorkeling, beautiful water and soft sand!

9. Kualoa Ranch

Known as Hawaii’s Jurassic Valley, Kualoa Ranch’s 4000 acres have been the location of many movies. You can experience this beautiful land by ziplining, driving around on an ATV tour, horseback riding, jungle expeditions and so much more!
